FROM THE STALL TO THE SOIL– ENGINEERED FOR CONSISTENCY

Our process begins before a single yard of material reaches our facility. Through our sister company All-In Removal, clean pine wood shavings are delivered to equestrian facilities across North Florida. Once used, that source-separated bedding is recovered and transported to our SOPF-registered, FDEP-compliant facility in McAlpin, Florida. There, it is combined with composted cow manure sourced from local North Florida dairy farms — minimizing transportation and keeping the supply chain regional — where it enters a controlled aerobic composting and curing process designed to produce stable, consistent, high-performance, organic soil amendments.
Our trucks deliver shavings inbound and return loaded with finished product outbound. Zero empty miles. A closed loop — by design.

THE 7-STEP PROCESS

Pine Shavings Delivered

Pine wood shavings are sourced and distributed to equestrian facilities across North Florida by All-In Removal.

Used Bedding Recovered

Spent equine bedding is collected from stalls and barns — clean, source-separated, controlled inputs free of contamination.

Controlled Aerobic Composting

Recovered equine bedding arrives at our McAlpin permitted facility and is blended with composted cow manure sourced from local North Florida dairy farms. It then enters temperature-monitored windrow composting, processed per FDEP standards.

Curing for Stability

Composted material is cured to achieve full biological stability — no phytotoxicity, no odor, predictable performance. This is what separates engineered compost from collected material.

Screening for Consistency

Finished compost is processed through our Powerscreen Phoenix 2100 — creating a consistent particle size profile for each blend.

Trucks Run Both Directions

Shavings delivered inbound, finished product loaded outbound — reducing empty miles, fuel waste, and regional carbon footprint.

Blending & Bagging

Product is blended to specification and packaged on our two bagging lines — 0.75 cu ft and 1 cu ft retail bags — or bulk-loaded for direct delivery.
