WHO WE ARE

Nature Coast Soils is a subsidiary of All-In Removal and a Florida-based soil producer focused on delivering consistent, high-quality organic soil blends for landscaping, agriculture, commercial, and DOT applications across Florida and Georgia.

We were built around a simple but powerful observation: the compost and soil amendment market in Florida is full of variable-quality, inconsistently produced products that let contractors, retailers, and buyers down when performance matters most. We set out to fix that — not by doing what everyone else, but by building a fundamentally different production system from the ground up.

Our operation is rooted in North Florida — the heart of the state’s equestrian community, agricultural corridor, and landscape industry. We source locally, process regionally, and deliver across Florida and into Georgia. Everything we produce comes from the same controlled system, the same registered facility, and the same commitment to consistency.

Our approach is direct: take locally sourced, source-separated organic materials — used horse bedding recovered through All-In Removal — and transform them into dependable soil products that perform reliably across every application, from homeowner’s raised beds, gardens, farms, sod fields, paddocks and turf tracks to highway right-of-way projects.

At Nature Coast Soils, consistency isn’t a goal — it’s a system. We built our operation around controlled inputs, documented processes, and regional accountability so that every contractor, retailer, and grower who depends on us gets the same product and the same reliability every time. What we do for the land, we do for our customers.

BUILT ON A CLOSED-LOOP PARTNERSHIP

Nature Coast Soils was built from an existing supply chain, giving us a strong start. Our sister company, All-In Removal, has spent years building relationships with equestrian facilities across Levy, Marion, and surrounding counties — supplying clean pine wood shavings to horse farms and recovering the used bedding when the job is done.

That recovered material — clean, source-separated, controlled — is what we compost. It’s a closed-loop by design: our trucks deliver shavings inbound and a return load with finished soil is coordinated outbound. Zero empty miles. Zero waste stream. A regional resource loop operating the way organic systems are supposed to work.

This is not a feedstock we source on the open market. It’s a vertically integrated supply chain we operate.

All-In Removal recovers approximately 500,000 cubic yards of equine-generated organic material annually from facilities throughout Levy, Marion and surrounding counties — the most active equestrian region in the United States. That volume, that consistency, and that control is what makes our finished product perform consistently project after project.

NORTH FLORIDA’S EPICENTER FOR EQUESTRIAN EXCELLENCE

North Florida is home to the most active equestrian community in the world. With thoroughbred racing, World Equestrian Center (WEC), HITS Ocala, Black Prong, and other equine disciplines in our backyard, we’re able to recover a continuous, year-round supply of high-volume equine organic material that simply doesn’t exist at this scale anywhere else on the planet.

Through Nature Coast Soils’ symbiotic relationship with All-In Removal, it secures a consistent feedstock through recovered material and returns it as finished soil product to the same North Florida region it came from. Local recovery. Local processing. Local return. The loop stays in the region — not shipped out, not dumped, not wasted.
